Group Finance Director
Mike McDonough
ACMA, Mike joined the Renshaw business in 1989 as Management Accountant at the start of Renshaw's rationalisation programme under the ownership of the Schwartau Group. In 1993 he was appointed Finance Director holding this role as the business developed and expanded under the Swiss based Hero Group.

HR Director
Heather Billington
A member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, Heather joined the Renshaw business back in 1981 and was appointed Human Resources Manager in 1990. She continued to hold this role for the wider business throughout the subsequent changes in ownership and business structure. In 2007 Heather was appointed Group HR Manager for the Real Good Food Company plc before being appointed HR Director in January 2009.

Sarah Summers
Sarah joined Renshaw in February 2006 from Uniq PLC where she was Category Director for Desserts. She has 20 years' experience in the food industry and has worked across all channels holding a number of Director level commercial roles with food manufacturing companies including Grand Metropolitan and Glanbia.

Operations Director
David Wright
David joined in April 2006 as Operations Director, he has gained over 30 years' experience in operations and supply chain within the food industry with a portfolio that includes UB, Northern Foods, Campbell Frozen Foods, and Tetley Tea. As Renshaw and Napier Brown Foods merged in 2009, David was appointed to the Operating Board as Operations Director, renshawnapier.

Commercial Development Director
Andrew Brown
Andrew has over 25 years' experience in a wide range of sectors of the food industry; ambient grocery, bakery, food ingredients, chilled. He spent 10 years as a Marketing Director at British Bakeries and Manor Bakeries before becoming Managing Director of Manor Bakeries and then RHM Cereals. He has held a number of high profile food industry roles including President of the Biscuit, Cake, Chocolate and Confectionary Alliance (2000 - 2002), Council member of CCFRA (2002-2004) and Director of the Federation of Bakers (2005).

Business Development Director
Peter Hough
Peter has worked in the sugar industry since 1977 with positions at Tate & Lyle, John Thomas Sugar Merchants and James Budgett Sugars. He joined Napier Brown in 1991 as Sales Director where his role has developed in sourcing sugar from both Europe and the rest of the world.

Group Financial Controller - Company Secretary
David Newman
FCCA, David joined Napier Brown & Company in 1995 as Financial Controller. Following the takeover of Napier Brown by RGFC in 2005, and after successfully implementing SAP throughout the sugar business, he was promoted to the position of Group Financial Controller. With the consolidation of the renshawnapier business in January 2009, David was appointed to the Management Board and has recently been appointed as Company Secretary for the Group.
