We offer an extensive range of widely used commodity food ingredients and speciality products for the food manufacturing sector. The products are supplied to agreed specifications from audited factories, with most having BRC or alternative third party certification.

Order and delivery options available include vendor-managed inventory and automatic stock re-order systems.  Deliveries are processed through the National Distribution Centre based in Normanton and can range from a single bag up to 22 tonnes of single or mixed products.

  • Milk Powders

    We stock UK and European Skimmed Milk Powders with various heat treatments, spray and roller dried whole milk powders, buttermilk powders, fat filled skimmed milk powders, yogurt, cream and butter powders, and vegetarian whey powders.

     

  • Food Stabilisers and Emulsifiers

    We hold stocks of stabilisers and emulsifiers primarily for ice cream manufacturers. Most of these products are integrated, providing easy application. We also sell Brazilian non-GM liquid soya lecithin, which is available in drums and IBCs.

  • Sweetened Condensed Milks

    Full Cream and Skimmed Sweetened Condensed Milks are used widely in confectionary, bakery and chilled desserts. They are available in GLC palletboxes and 13kg poly-bottles.

  • Ice Cream & Confectionary Boxed Fats

    A range of boxed fats for the ice cream and confectionery industries are available.

  • UHT Long Life Ice Cream Mixes

    We have a range of UHT long life ice cream mixes for manufacturers and mobiles including our own “Sunshine” brand. It is available in three types – Cornish Dairy, Premium and Vanilla.

  • Milk Proteins

    We sell a selection of milk and whey based powders, including sodium and calcium caseinates and whey protein concentrates at various protein levels.  

  • Blends

    From its BRC approved dry blending operation in Normanton, we manufacture a range of ingredients produced to customers’ individual requirements as well as producing some specific dairy protein blends under our own brand.

  • Dextrose, Glucose and Fructose

    Our range of products includes dextrose, glucose powders, liquid glucose packed in easy use buckets, maltodextrin and fructose.
