We appreciate that customers operating in the industrial market need flexibility. Therefore, sugars are designed specifically to a customer's application, prepared and packaged in various sizes and delivered in an efficient manner.

Packaging sizes range from 10kg bags to 30 tonne tankers, satisfying customer requirements for sugars within the refined white and raw sugar categories.

The selected sugar is sieved, weighed to the required packaging size and placed onto pallets ready for delivery.

Our industrial sugar range includes White Speciality Sugars, Milled White Sugars and Brown Sugars.

  • White Sugars

    A range of sieved sugars that are free flowing and ideal for use in baking, confectionary, dairy, chocolate and pharmaceutical industries. Sugars available include granulated, caster and extra fine.

  • Milled White Sugars

    This range includes powdered and icing sugars that are ideal for fondants, buttercreams, dusting and cake coverings.

     

     

  • Brown Sugars

    A raw cane alternative to the above delivering enhanced flavour, colour and aroma. Ideal for use in cakes, biscuits, cereals and puddings.

  • Liquid Sugars

    We offer a range of liquid sugars that provide many benefits to the industrial market. The ready to use format of liquid sugars simplifies the food manufacturing process as they do not require dissolving, filtering or pasteurisation.

  • Golden Syrup

    A viscous liquid, amber in colour and sweet in flavour, is a versatile by-product produced in the sugar refining process. Golden syrup is the perfect sweetener in cooking and is ideal for glazing baking products or puddings.

  • Invert Syrup

    Invert syrup, with its unique functionality, is an ingredient ideal for use in biscuits and fondants.

  • Treacle

    Rich, thick, black liquid made from cane molasses provides a strong flavour and aroma. Ideal in recipes that require a distinctive flavour and colour such as gingerbread, fruit cake and toffee.
